We are OmniTech, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Staff Design Lead to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
What We're Looking For:
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
