We are StardustLabs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Digital Marketing Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Build and maintain email marketing workflows and automation
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
- Manage SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Collaborate with design and product teams on go-to-market strategy
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
