We are Quantum Works, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Lead React Native Developer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
